Important Notes to Registrants
- Registration fee for regulars and students includes admission to two meals and one conference banquet.
- VISA and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Presenters with abstract accepted should complete registration by 30 May 2025.
- Participants who require an official letter of invitation for VISA application purposes should provide their personal details in the registration form.
- Please note that all requests for invitation letters will be automatically rejected if the applicant has not completed their registration and payment first.
