Abstract Submission
1. Preparing an Abstract
- Abstract should adhere to the style and formatting requirements in the following template: Download here
- Abstract should not exceed one A4 page, including figure(s)/table(s) and references, with a maximum of 300 words for the main text.
- Main text should be with single line spacing.
- References should be in Wiley style.
- The file name of the abstract should be in this format:
(Name)_(symposium).docx (e.g. J. Doe_Energy storage.docx)
2. Submitting an Abstract
- Submit your abstract with the submission form below.
- Select your preferred type of presentation (Invited or Poster)
- Abstracts should be submitted no later than 31 March 2025
The abstract submission is closed.
3. Review and Acceptance Process
- Symposium Chairs will review the contents and scientific merits of the abstracts.
- Selected type of presentation will be granted whenever possible; symposium Chairs reserve the final right to modify arrangements.
- Acceptance or Rejection of abstract will be sent to presenters latest 15 April by email entered in the registration form.
4. Conference Registration
- Presenters of accepted abstracts must register for the conference deadline
- Early registration – 25 April 2025
- Late registration – 30 May 2025
5. Poster requirements
Poster boards are in portrait format.
Poster should be printed A0 size (84 Х 119 cm.)
The poster session will be in Da Vinci Hall, Floor 3 on 4th June 2025
The authors are expected to be at the poster stands during the official poster session.
Thumbtacks for poster mounting are available at the registration desk. The poster committee will evaluate the posters for the poster prizes at the time of the authors’ presentations.
Please all authors to put their posters on 4th June in the morning and to remove the
posters at the end of the exhibit at 19:00 h
